The in 2011 newly estabished Segment Other Business Activities comprises the activities of Escor Casinos & Entertainment SA based in Düdingen (Escor), which was founded in 1973 and has been listed on the Swiss stock exchange (SIX Swiss Exchange) since 1987. Through its operational subsidiaries and investments, Escor acts in the fields of casino machine trading, development of skill game machines and social gaming. With regard to the rapid developments in the field of digital technology and in order to realize promising Social Gaming business models, Escor acquired a 50.004 percent interest in the full-service agency pokermania GmbH, based in Cologne, in May 2011, which specializes in social/casual gaming.

In this context, a strategic realignment of this Segment was also initiated, which particularly focuses on the area of Social Gaming and subsequently on a further expansion of the entertainment range. The associated enhanced and increasingly integrated co-operation between Escor and Highlight Communications AG enables operating in new markets.
