The dividend proposal was rejected by shareholders at the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Highlight Communications AG last Friday. In waiving a profit distribution for fiscal 2009, the shareholders followed a new recommendation by the Board of Directors that intends to use the funds to repay the purchase price for the acquisition of the 20% interest in TEAM from UEFA.
