TEAM enters into a new Agency Agreement with UEFA

UEFA and TEAM (a company of Highlight Communications AG) concluded today a new Agency Agreement. UEFA appoints its long-term partner TEAM for the marketing of commercial rights of the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Super Cup initially for three additional seasons 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15 and, subject to performance, for an additional three-year-term thereafter.
Separately, UEFA will sell its 20% shareholding in TEAM Holding AG by 30 June 2010 to High-light Communications AG.
