Dr. Erwin V. Conradi has been a member of the board of Highlight Communications AG since May 30, 2008.
Erwin V. Conradi was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1935. He studied economics and engineering and worked for IBM in New York and Düsseldorf, starting in 1959. In 1971, he joined the Metro Group as Senior Executive Manager of Metro SB-Großmärkte GmbH & Co. KG in Düsseldorf. He was board delegate and CEO of Metro Holding AG, Baar / Switzerland, until 2002. Conradi also held the function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Metro AG from 1996 to 2000. Conradi was one of the most important top managers in the retail trade as head of Metro AG.

Erwin V. Conradi was Managing Director of Beisheim Holding from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, he took over the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Medical One AG in Essen and of MSG Systems AG. He has in addition been Chairman of the Board of Sensile Medical AG since 2006.

The philosophy, economics and social sciences faculty at Braunschweig Technical University awarded Erwin V. Conradi an honorary doctorate (Dr. rer. pol. h.c.) in 1999.
